U.S. targets China drill pipe imports in ruling

WASHINGTON-the Department of Commerce announced a final decision Tuesday to impose countervailing measures and anti-dumping duties against some drill pipe imports from China.

The movement which is specific to the additional load bilateral trade ahead of President Hu to Washington in two weeks to visit relations Jintao is raised the latest in a series of tariff measures against Chinese companies over the last few years.
