Tesco sorry for baby mice in crisps(UKPA) - 1 hour ago

Retail giant Tesco has apologised to a customer you newborn claimed mice in a multi-pack chips found.

Liz Wray said was shocked to see, a half dozen pink mice resulting chips in a new Tesco store in Aston, Birmingham from multi-packs.

The mother of one said was also shocked, the store was shut down immediately, but had arrived yet open several hours later than pest control personnel.

Tesco apologised "disturb" for the discovery and said it was confident that the incident was isolated.

A spokesman said: "this was clearly a disturbing discovery for our customers for which we are very sorry."

"Experts were pest control in the store over the weekend, check it from top to bottom and we are confident that this was an isolated incident."

"The clean of our offices is a priority for all our employees."

Mrs Wray was told the Birmingham mail with a colleagues if made the discovery.

"Suddenly this tiny pink appeared things from the multipacks and were ahead of us,", the paper said.

"Were disgusting and felt I me repulsive." "There were half a dozen you crawl from different holes in potato chips and we could not believe that our eyes."
