TEL AVIV - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday asked President Barack Obama to Jonathan Pollard, an unusual public request by the Israeli leaders for the former naval intelligence officer who was sentenced to life in prison for spying for the Jewish State.
