Romanian of protesters jumps from Chamber balcony

BUCHAREST - Romanian Government survived a motion of censure in the Parliament Thursday in a session, which overshadowed by a man apparently thrown balcony, are from the Chamber's in protest at Government budget cuts that affected his family had.
