Nuclear Pact clears hurdle

WASHINGTON - the Senate voted a new nuclear deal with Russia 67-28 Tuesday afternoon, ahead setting up a likely ratification vote on Wednesday.

Eleven Republican senators occurred voting present all Democrats to end debate and move to a final vote. It was two more Republican senators as Treaty backers need to win ratification.
