Earthquake kills seven in the Iran

TEHRAN, Iran - a magnitude 6.5 earthquake struck southeast Iran late Monday, at least seven people killed and injured 33 other, Iranian State television reported.

The report says, the strong earthquake Hosseinabad, a small town of a few hundred people in a sparsely populated chah Malek region of southeastern Iran, at 22: 12 local time (13: 42 ET) taken.

Mohammad Barzang Governor of Rigans said an other small town in the affected area which collapsed houses in three remote villages had buried dozens under the rubble.
