Bob Ainsworth MP, is a former Home Office drugs Minister for the decriminalization of all drugs in a Westminster Hall debate call.
Mr Ainsworth presenter James Naughtie, who he said today "affected by an overwhelming majority" with the most dangerous drugs, particularly heroin.
"I am not suggesting the liberalization and the legalization of heroin so we all can get out freaky corner on the road," he said.
He said heroin, required to out of the hands of traffickers and into the hands of the medical profession to be taken.
"This has now 50 years and it is not always better." Drug trafficking is so great, as powerful as it was always in the world ", he said."
"Prohibition is not the answer to this problem."
